Looking for a kickstart to your health and fitness journey this fall? Join us for our annual fall challenge!
This six week challenge will run from Monday, September 22nd through Monday November 3rd at Limitless Fitness in Revere. We are located on the first floor of the Washington Place Condo Building at 770 Washington Ave.
Participants will commit to a new exercise routine for six weeks with the opportunity to win $500 cash! Classes are UNLIMITED for the duration of the six weeks. We have also added two new time slots on Saturday mornings.
Participants will be given a nutrition guide with healthy recipes to help kickstart their fitness journey. All challengers will be added to a private Facebook community page where additional recipes, tips and tricks and accountability posts are shared. Before and after measurements will be taken with the overall winner taking home $500 cash. Newly added to this year's challenge, class attendance will also be a contributing factor in determining our winner.
Accountability is EVERYTHING!
Current monthly members can participate for $125 and new clients can sign up for $295. Feel free to reach out to pamelas1985@gmail.com with any questions.
What to Expect at
Your First Class
Bootcamps are high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts which are bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lower intensity movements. Limitless Fitness bootcamps include a mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements. Our classes are different every day!

At your first class, your trainer will walk you through a quick warmup before explaining the workout to the group of 10-15 athletes. The trainer will share modifications should any exercise be too difficult to complete. The entire class takes 45 minutes. You are encouraged to go at your own pace and ask questions throughout if you need additional instruction.
3 THINGS TO REMEMBER

Go at Your Own Pace
When using weights, lift only as much as you can handle while maintaining proper form. If your form gets sloppy, go down in weight. If you need to catch your breath, take a quick break before getting right back into it.

Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
Before, during and after class, make sure you're drinking water. Drinking small sips throughout class increases your endurance, and prevents excessive elevations in heart rate and body temperature.

Prepare to Sweat
Make sure to wear clothing made of moisture-wicking fabric. You're going to sweat a lot!
